We successfully delivered the complete renovation and luxury interior fit-out of a premium residential apartment at The Address Sky View Residences, Dubai. The project involved obtaining all necessary landlord and statutory authority approvals, preparation of construction and as-built drawings, site protection, project coordination, and complete execution from demolition through final handover.

The renovation commenced with extensive demolition works, including the removal of existing wall and floor finishes, ceilings, kitchen, bathrooms, bedroom wall panels, partitions, flooring, sanitary fixtures, and obsolete MEP services, followed by debris removal and disposal in accordance with municipal regulations. Internal spaces were reconfigured to create a more open and functional layout through selective demolition and construction of new partition walls.

Civil and architectural works included the installation of new gypsum ceilings with recessed access panels, decorative ceiling features, integrated LED lighting, premium wall and floor finishes, marble skirting, custom niches, architectural detailing, complete plastering, painting, waterproofing, and installation of engineered timber flooring in selected areas. New doors, feature walls, and bespoke gypsum partitions were constructed to complement the contemporary interior design.

The apartment’s kitchen was completely transformed with extensive civil and MEP modifications, custom-built cabinetry, stone countertops, premium splashbacks, integrated appliances, concealed lighting, and upgraded plumbing and electrical services to accommodate the new layout. Dedicated provisions were also made for modern kitchen equipment and utility requirements.

All bathrooms were comprehensively renovated with premium porcelain and marble finishes, waterproofing systems, custom-built vanity units, designer sanitary ware, frameless glass shower enclosures, recessed niches, bathtubs, concealed plumbing, modern brassware, and bespoke mirrors, creating luxurious spa-inspired spaces throughout the residence.

The MEP scope included complete electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and drainage modifications to suit the redesigned layout, together with installation of new lighting systems, power and data points, DALI lighting integration, curtain motor provisions, audio-visual infrastructure, AC duct and grille modifications, marble treatment, testing, commissioning, and final system integration. The project concluded with comprehensive quality inspections, authority approvals, professional cleaning, and successful handover of the fully renovated luxury apartment.
