The scope of work for this project at Apt 605, Shams 4, JBR, was focused on comprehensive AC works. Our company successfully accomplished these tasks to modify and enhance the apartment’s air conditioning system.

The project involved a series of modifications, including the shifting of the main duct due to a new hood location and the installation of a new duct for branching into the storage area. To improve air distribution, we supplied and fixed new plenum boxes, flexible ducts, and linear grills in various areas, including the living room, dining room, kitchen, and bedrooms.

We also provided new round diffusers and flexible ducting for all bathroom exhausts. Additionally, our services included cleaning and servicing three existing fan coil units (FCUs), which involved cleaning filters, blowers, and drain pipes, as well as repairing any damaged pipe insulation.

This project focused exclusively on the AC system. The provided document, being a quotation for AC works, does not contain details about a broader design or new look for the apartment.
