Plumber

Probe Interiors LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of plumbing systems, installation techniques, and maintenance procedures for both interior and potentially some exterior applications within our fit-out projects. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of all plumbing installations, adhering to local regulations and the highest quality standards.

Required Experience – 3 to 4 years

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain various plumbing fixtures and systems, including pipes, valves, sinks, toilets, showers, water heaters, and drainage systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, building plans, and specifications to determine layout and installation requirements for plumbing systems.
• Measure, cut, bend, and thread pipes using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Assemble and install pipe fittings, valves, and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure all plumbing installations meet relevant local codes and safety standards (e.g., Dubai Municipality regulations).
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and proper functioning after installation and repairs.
• Collaborate effectively with other tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper handling and storage of tools and materials.
• Adhere to safety regulations and procedures at all times.
• Report any issues or concerns to the site supervisor or project manager promptly.
• Provide accurate material and time estimates for plumbing tasks.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Plumber, with a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in residential, commercial, or fit-out projects in Dubai / UAE / Gulf.
• Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Familiarity with local plumbing codes and regulations (Dubai Municipality).
• Proficient in using various plumbing tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.   
• Relevant certifications or licenses are highly desirable.
• A valid UAE driving license may be an advantage.
