This extensive renovation project involved a full-scale fit-out and modernization of a luxury apartment in the prestigious Le Reve Tower. The scope began with significant demolition and modifications to restructure the living spaces, including the removal of existing ceiling decorations and cornices, and the complete demolition of the existing kitchen and all primary bathrooms. A key achievement was the architectural transformation of the existing cinema room back into a dedicated lounge/family area by removing internal partitions. We also removed existing carpet, wallpaper, wardrobe shutters, and decorative column panelling to prepare for the high-end finishes.

A core focus was the complete upgrade of finishes and MEP systems to a luxury standard. For the living areas, we installed new modern decorative ceilings with hidden LED strip lighting for cove light effects. The renovation included the complete overhaul of the Powder Room and the Master Bathroom, involving the installation of new electrical and plumbing lines, new water-resistant gypsum ceilings, and the laying of new floor and wall tiles with Mapei waterproofing and grouting. The kitchen received new water-resistant gypsum ceilings and a full plastering and priming application to prepare the walls for new cabinets and finishes. We also enhanced the overall apartment lighting by installing new spotlights throughout.

For the interior finishes, the entire apartment received a full paint application using natural colors from Jotun, including client consultation for color selection. A significant enhancement was the careful removal, transportation, sanding, priming, and factory re-painting of all 21 internal doors and frames, ensuring a superior finish. Exterior work included the demolition of existing balcony flooring, followed by the application of Mapei waterproofing, screeding to achieve uniform levels, and the installation of new tile flooring. We concluded the project with the polishing of approximately 475 Sqm of existing marble flooring to achieve a desirable gloss finish, demonstrating our commitment to meticulous surface restoration. The entire project was executed with comprehensive protection of the apartment floor, lift lobby, common corridor, and basement parking area.
