Probe Interiors LLC is looking for a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with solid experience in Interior fit-out, MEP works, and Civil works to join our growing team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates for Interior fit-out, MEP, and Civil Works .

Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.

Prepare tender submissions and pricing breakdowns.

Conduct site visits for quantity take-offs and project assessments.

Monitor project costs and support the project team with variations and claims.

Coordinate with design, procurement, and project management teams.

Ensure cost control and budget compliance throughout project execution.

🔹 Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.

Strong knowledge of MEP and civil estimation.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.

Ability to interpret drawings and technical documents.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tender deadlines.

🔹 Preferred:

Experience handling commercial, residential, retail, or office fit-out projects.

Immediate availability will be an advantage.
