Executed a comprehensive luxury retail fit-out project, including statutory authority approvals, design documentation, and full civil, architectural, MEP, and life-safety works in accordance with mall and regulatory requirements. The scope comprised screeding, large-format flooring installations, fire-rated wall linings, gypsum ceilings, decorative bulkheads, shopfront arch construction, premium wall cladding finishes, polycarbonate roller shutter installations, painting works, and specialist architectural detailing throughout the front-of-house and back-of-house areas. Delivered complete HVAC systems including FCU installations, chilled water piping networks, insulated ductwork, air distribution systems, controls, testing, balancing, and commissioning. Electrical works included power distribution systems, DB installations, structured cabling, lighting systems, feature lighting, power outlets, low-current infrastructure, and lighting control provisions. The project also incorporated integrated CCTV surveillance, audio and music systems, people-counting technology, and associated retail technology infrastructure. Executed comprehensive fire and life-safety works including fire alarm systems, firefighting systems, emergency and exit lighting, Civil Defence integration, Hassantuk connectivity, testing, certification, and commissioning. Plumbing works comprised hot and cold-water systems, drainage networks, water heating systems, and associated utility connections. The project was successfully delivered as a fully integrated luxury retail environment, meeting the highest standards of quality, functionality, safety, and brand presentation.
