Executed a specialized high-security commercial fit-out project, including statutory authority approvals, construction documentation, site protection, and demolition works. The scope comprised blockwork construction, structural steel reinforcements, installation of security-grade 4mm thick steel sheet lining to floors, walls, and ceilings in accordance with authority and security requirements, screeding, tile flooring, skirting, gypsum partitions, wall cladding, ceilings, bulkheads, and premium painting finishes. The project further included the installation of client supplied high-security vault systems, specialized vault door, secure storage infrastructure, blackout glazing films, vault support structures, and custom joinery works including staff workstations and operational counters. MEP, electrical, and life-safety systems were executed in compliance with Statutory Authority (DCD, SIRA, Police Department etc.) requirements, alongside all necessary security provisions and integrations. The facility was delivered as a fully compliant, durable, and operationally secure environment tailored for safety deposit vault services and secure asset management operations.
