Delivered specialized retail fit-out works focused on IT, electrical, security, and life-safety systems in accordance with client requirements and mall regulations. The scope included power distribution enhancements, electrical outlets, floor boxes, logo and lightbox power provisions, structured cabling, data points, Wi-Fi and biometric device installations, and associated containment systems to support retail operations. The project also included the installation and integration of CAT6 cabling, patch panels, PDUs, IT racks, UPS systems, CCTV infrastructure, and network connectivity components. Fire and life-safety enhancements comprised smoke detection systems and associated compliance measures. All systems were coordinated, tested, commissioned, and approved to ensure seamless operational readiness and compliance with retail standards.
