The Project Cost Controller is responsible for monitoring, analysing, and controlling project costs throughout all phases of interior fit-out and turnkey projects. The role ensures that project expenditures remain within approved budgets, provides accurate cost forecasts, identifies cost variances, and supports effective financial planning to maximize profitability and ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.

Track expenditures, analyse variances, and implement cost control measures.

Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams to ensure cost efficiency.

Prepare accurate financial reports for management and clients.

Support risk management, change control, and profitability analysis for ongoing projects.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

5–7 years of cost control experience in interior fit-out or construction projects (UAE experience preferred).

Proficiency in cost management software, ERP systems, and MS Excel.

Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
