Probe Interiors LLC is seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Project Engineer / Site Engineer to transform design dreams into reality. In this role, you will be the backbone of our interior fit-out and joinery projects, ensuring every detail—from initial planning to the final handover—is executed with precision, safety, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Planning & Software: Utilize AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Excel, and MS Project to develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and accurate quotations.
Site & Labor Management: Coordinate all site activities and communications, supervising the labor force and subcontractors to ensure work meets our rigorous quality standards and timelines.
Technical Systems Oversight: Apply your expertise in AC works, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure all project requirements are met to the highest standards.
Budget & Cost Control: Monitor and control project expenses, including materials and labor, to maintain strict adherence to budgetary constraints and financial objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors, maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Compliance & Approvals: Navigate local authority standards (including DEWA, DCD, DDA, DM, Trakhees, and DMCC) and manage all necessary approvals and agency coordination.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare timely progress reports, change orders, and daily production updates, documenting activities and any deviations from project targets.
Quality & Safety: Ensure total compliance with project specifications and safety regulations, fostering a secure environment for all stakeholders.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify project bottlenecks and take immediate action to resolve site-related conflicts or technical issues.
Project Handover: Facilitate the smooth transition and handover of the completed site to the client, ensuring all deliverables meet their total satisfaction.
