Probe Interiors LLC is expanding, and we are looking for a skilled “Quantity Surveyor / Estimator” to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to support our growing portfolio of high-end interior fit-out projects across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions.
Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Monitor project budgets, variations, and cash flow.
Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and risk assessments.
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure smooth execution.
Requirements:
– Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
– Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out/joinery estimation in the UAE.
– Strong knowledge of local market rates, materials, and subcontracting practices.
– Excellent MS Excel and AutoCAD (or equivalent) skills; knowledge of estimation software is a plus.
– Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
