Full-time Probe Interiors LLC is expanding its operations, and we are looking for an experienced “Site Supervisor” to join our team in Dubai. This is a great opportunity to work on prestigious interior fit-out projects and play a key role in delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth execution of interior fit-out works.
– Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely completion.
– Ensure work is executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
– Monitor site progress, manpower, and materials.
– Implement health, safety, and environmental guidelines on site.
– Prepare daily/weekly site reports and update management on progress.
Requirements:
– Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
– Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out/joinery site supervision.
– Strong knowledge of site management, fit-out works, and finishing details.
– Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
– Familiar with health & safety compliance on construction sites.
