Required Experience – 3 to 4 years
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for tiling by cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesives or mortar.
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and tile patterns.
Measure and cut tiles accurately using manual and power cutting tools.
Set tiles in various patterns on floors, walls, countertops, and other surfaces, ensuring precise alignment and spacing.
Apply grout and sealant, ensuring a clean and professional finish.
Work with a variety of tile materials, including ceramic, porcelain, natural stone (marble, granite, etc.), and mosaic tiles.
Ensure all tiling work meets project specifications and quality standards.
Collaborate effectively with other tradespeople, including carpenters, plumbers, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper handling and storage of tools and materials.
Adhere to safety regulations and procedures at all times.
Report any issues or concerns to the site supervisor or project manager promptly.
Provide accurate material and time estimates for tiling tasks.

Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience as a Tile Mason/Tile Setter, with a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in residential, commercial, or fit-out projects in Dubai or the UAE.
Comprehensive knowledge of various tiling materials, adhesives, grouts, and sealants.
Proficient in using a variety of tiling tools and equipment, including tile cutters, wet saws, levels, and trowels.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Strong understanding of different tiling patterns and techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good physical condition and stamina to perform the required tasks.
Good communication skills.
Valid UAE driving license may be an advantage.
