Our company successfully executed a full-scale renovation of Apartment Le Reve 1901, delivering a completely new and modern look by transforming key areas. We gave the living space a fresh design by removing existing decorations and cornices and installing new, modern decorative ceilings with hidden LED strip lighting. The project also involved transforming the existing cinema back into a lounge/family area by removing partitions and making the surfaces ready for new finishes.

We achieved a new, modern look in the kitchen through a complete demolition of existing cabinets, worktops, and appliances, followed by the installation of a new water-resistant gypsum ceiling and new electrical and plumbing lines to accommodate a new kitchen layout. The apartment’s paint was also fully redone using natural colors from Jotun, with full color-choice assistance provided to the client. Additionally, internal doors and frames were painted off-site for a factory-quality finish, and existing wallpaper was removed.

Furthermore, our company completely redesigned all the bathrooms and the powder room, which involved demolishing the existing structures and rebuilding them with new electrical and plumbing lines. We also built new walls to conceal flush tanks and installed new water-resistant gypsum ceilings, modern fixtures like rain shower systems, and new floor and wall tiles. The master bathroom was upgraded with plumbing and civil works to accommodate a new free-standing bathtub. These meticulous transformations successfully accomplished the project’s goal of giving the apartment a new, contemporary design and functionality.
