Café Nero

This project involved the complete demolition and clearance of an existing retail space, previously a Caffe Nero. Our team was responsible for the full-scale mobilization and demobilization of all personnel and equipment. The scope included the careful, itemized removal of all loose furniture, kitchen equipment, decorative lighting, and other fixtures, which were meticulously bubble-wrapped, labeled, and transported to the client’s warehouse. We also executed the comprehensive demolition of the interior, including flooring, walls, ceilings, and MEP services, ensuring all debris was properly removed and disposed of. This project demonstrates our capability to manage complex, time-sensitive commercial demolition, logistics, and material handling, all while coordinating with mall management and other specialist contractors to ensure a seamless process from start to finish.
