In this project Cayan Tower, our company undertook a full-scale renovation to deliver a modern and cohesive living space. We began by transforming the layout with a key demolition of the kitchen wall to create an open-plan kitchen, which was then fully refurbished with new plaster, a water-resistant gypsum ceiling, and new electrical and plumbing lines to support modern appliances. The existing flooring across a 130 sqm area was demolished and replaced with new screeding and large slab tiles, providing a seamless and uniform look throughout the apartment.

The bathrooms were completely overhauled, including the powder room, daughter’s bathroom, and master bathroom. Each was fully demolished and fitted with new electrical and plumbing lines, water-resistant gypsum ceilings, and new floor and wall tiles. We achieved a sophisticated design by concealing flush tanks behind new ledge walls and installing modern sanitary wares like new rain shower systems, contemporary drainage, and new sinks with mixers. The master bathroom was further enhanced by converting the existing bathtub into a spacious shower area.

To achieve a fresh design, we delivered a full inside apartment paint job using natural colors from Jotun, with client-approved samples and color choice assistance. We also painted all wardrobe shutters, internal doors, and frames, with most work done off-site for a factory-quality finish. The living area and master bedroom received new decorative ceilings with hidden LED strips, adding a touch of modern elegance.

The project also included AC servicing and maintenance, replacement of old thermostats and switches to new, and the installation of new spotlights and skirt in. This comprehensive approach allowed us to successfully deliver a completely redesigned apartment with a new look and feel.
