Managed the complete fit-out and delivery of a restaurant project, including concept development, detailed design submissions, and obtaining approvals from Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defence, and Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA). The scope encompassed civil and architectural works such as wall plastering and finishes, flooring screeds, tile and profile installations, gypsum bulkheads, painting works, and kitchen ceiling construction. Executed comprehensive MEP and interior fit-out works, including custom joinery and fixture installations, electrical systems comprising distribution boards, lighting and power outlets, switches, sockets, testing and commissioning, as well as HVAC ductwork for kitchen hoods and air-conditioning systems. Plumbing works included water supply, drainage, gas connections, and sprinkler installations. The project was completed in full compliance with fire and life safety regulations through the installation and integration of firefighting systems, fire alarm systems, and emergency and exit lighting.
