In this Dior office renovation project, our company handled all the necessary preliminary works and approvals to ensure a smooth execution. This included preparing as-built and as-proposed drawings and obtaining approvals from authorities such as the Landlord, Dubai Development Authority, Dubai Civil Defence, and DEWA. We also ensured the protection of the work area and provided all required insurance and certificates for fire alarm and safety equipment.

To give the office a new look and design, we focused on high-quality materials and modern installations. We installed new 15mm thick Engineered Oak wood flooring in a glue-down method, along with new carpet tiles and ceramic tiles in the pantry area. Custom-made water-resistant wooden skirting was also installed to complete the new look. For functionality and flexibility, we supplied and installed HUFCOR SERIES 641-ESS movable acoustic partitions in both the Training Room and Meeting Room. These partitions, with a 54-STC acoustic rating and a woodtone laminate finish, provided a new and adaptable layout for the office space. Additionally, we applied waterproofing to the pantry’s wet areas and performed screeding works in preparation for the new flooring. The project was completed with a deep cleaning of the entire area.
