Our company successfully executed a comprehensive scope of work to deliver a completely new look and design for this project. We began by modernizing the electrical and technical infrastructure, which included the installation of various switches and sockets with metallic face plates, as well as the setup of new GI conduits for power, voice, data, CCTV, speakers, and specialized equipment like signage and shutters.

To give the space a new design, we installed new ceiling coves and bulkheads in gypsum, and constructed necessary support structures for millworker-supplied decorative features like the “VERRIERE BACKLIT” and “MUP ceiling.” We enhanced the aesthetics with new lighting, including recessed emergency and exit lighting, and supplied and applied new painting works throughout.

Our team also managed key civil and finishing works. This involved the supply and installation of premium “Black Absoluto marble” and “Saint Augustino” floor tiles to create a luxurious and contemporary feel. We also ensured the project’s functionality and safety by updating the HVAC system with new diffusers and dampers, and relocating the thermostat. Finally, we updated the fire alarm system, installed a new distribution board, and performed plumbing works, including the installation of PPR and HDPE piping. Through this meticulous process of upgrading infrastructure and applying high-quality finishes, our company successfully delivered a transformed and modern space.
