Delivered a comprehensive retail fit-out project, managing end-to-end coordination with mall management, consultants, and statutory authorities, including approvals from Sharjah Municipality and certification submissions to Sharjah Civil Defence (SCD). The project involved the successful execution of civil, architectural, MEP, and fire & life safety works in compliance with local regulations, mall requirements, and international retail standards.The scope included flooring and waterproofing works, gypsum ceilings, coves, bulkheads, architectural finishes, shopfront installations, entrance systems, and structural support elements. Mechanical and electrical services comprised complete power and lighting systems, low-current infrastructure, plumbing installations, HVAC systems, ensuring seamless integration of all building services.Additionally, the project incorporated comprehensive fire protection and life safety systems, including firefighting, fire alarm, emergency lighting, and exit light installations. Through meticulous planning, coordination, and quality control, the facility was delivered in full compliance with authority requirements, achieving operational readiness and successful project handover.
