Our company successfully delivered comprehensive interior modifications and additional works for this project. This involved the complete removal and subsequent installation of gypsum ceilings, bulkheads, and cornices within the living and dining areas. We meticulously installed curtain pelmets, integrating data points for motorized curtains across various rooms, including the kitchen, living/dining space, cinema, and all bedrooms.

Furthermore, significant electrical and plumbing modifications were executed, such as providing new electrical points for work desks, strategically shifting AC and sink drains in the kitchen, and installing new electrical sockets throughout multiple rooms. Our expertise also extended to staircase modifications, where we altered step shapes and removed existing marble nosing to achieve an updated aesthetic. We successfully supplied and installed elegant marble thresholds and vanity countertops in several bathrooms.

Additionally, our team completed various glass works, encompassing clear glass installations secured with stainless steel U-channels in different bathrooms. The project also involved structural alterations, specifically the demolition of existing walls and the erection of new ones to create a dedicated master wardrobe and a therapy room. Finally, we performed AC duct modifications and installed WiFi-based NEST thermostats, providing enhanced comfort and control, and were delivered to the client’s satisfaction.
