This project involved a comprehensive fit-out and renovation of a luxury retail space, focusing on achieving a high-end finish while adhering to strict mall and governmental regulations. Our scope included securing all necessary approvals from key authorities such as Dubai Mall, Dubai Municipality, and Dubai Civil Defence, along with the preparation of all required technical drawings. We managed the entire project lifecycle, from initial site protection and hoarding installation to the final touches. The work entailed a complete demolition of the existing interior, including the careful removal of old flooring and fixtures. We then proceeded with the installation of new infrastructure, including high-quality screeding and the precise laying of client-supplied Marazzi tiles, along with brushed stainless-steel transition strips. The electrical and lighting scope was significant, covering the modification of the existing ceiling for new spotlights, installation of new wiring, floor boxes, and various power and data points to support the store’s operations and display units. We also addressed critical safety and fire systems, including the modification of the existing sprinkler system, relocation of smoke detectors, and the installation of new exit and emergency lighting.

Our team successfully managed the project from concept to completion, ensuring all works were executed with precision and a commitment to quality, culminating in a fully approved and operational retail environment.
