Executed comprehensive interior renovation works for a luxury apartment, including demolition, refurbishment, and architectural modifications to transform existing living spaces. The scope comprised modern gypsum ceiling installations with decorative ceiling features, cove lighting, cornices, plastering, surface preparation, and conversion of the existing cinema into a new lounge/family area. Kitchen renovation works included complete demolition of existing cabinetry and finishes, wall plastering, water-resistant gypsum ceilings, and MEP modifications to accommodate the new kitchen layout, appliances, electrical outlets, and plumbing services. The project was delivered in accordance with the approved design, functional requirements, and premium residential fit-out standards
