The electrical system was a major component of the project, with PROBE INTERIORS  supplying and installing a complete system tailored to the store’s needs. This included everything from electrical panels and low-smoke, zero-halogen cables to various lighting fixtures like track lights and spotlights, which were strategically placed to highlight the merchandise and create a sophisticated atmosphere. The design incorporated a lighting control system and specific provisions for emergency and exit lighting, ensuring both functionality and safety. The team also installed new fire-fighting systems, including portable fire extinguishers and a system for obtaining DCD (Dubai Civil Defence) certificates, to meet all safety standards.

In addition to the core electrical and safety systems, the project enhanced the store’s security and connectivity. we installed a data and voice transmission system, as well as a comprehensive CCTV system using Hikvision cameras. While the anti-theft system was ultimately cancelled, the project still provided the necessary infrastructure for it, including PVC conduits for the system’s cables. Finally, the project culminated in a detailed handover process. The company provided the client with all required certificates and “as-built” drawings, which documented the final electrical, mechanical, and architectural layouts. This meticulous documentation and careful planning ensured the successful completion of the LORO PIANA store, giving it a new and polished look that reflects the brand’s luxury identity.
