Delivered a comprehensive luxury villa renovation, extension, and interior transformation project encompassing major structural, architectural, MEP, and high-end finishing works. The scope included villa extensions, wall reconfigurations, arch raising and squaring, blockwork construction, window enlargements and closures, and extensive modifications to optimize the overall spatial layout and functionality of the residence. Large-format premium tile installations were executed throughout the villa, supported by self-leveling and screeding works to achieve superior finish quality and precision. The project involved the complete demolition and reconstruction of six luxury bathrooms and a maid’s room, incorporating advanced waterproofing systems, plumbing and electrical upgrades, bespoke sanitary installations, premium tiling, feature lighting, and gypsum ceiling works. Additional works included the creation of a dedicated cinema room, comprehensive kitchen refurbishment, custom interior detailing, water-resistant gypsum ceilings with access panels, and full interior and exterior painting works, elevating the villa to contemporary luxury residential standards. Extensive electrical, HVAC, and MEP modifications were undertaken throughout the property, including new power and lighting layouts, switch and socket relocations, AC system upgrades, grille installations, and ceiling modifications. The project was delivered as a fully integrated high-end residential transformation, combining structural enhancements, premium finishes, and modern building services to create a refined luxury living environment.
