Our company recently completed a comprehensive renovation project, breathing new life into a private villa with a modern aesthetic and enhanced functionality. We started with the crucial preliminaries, like securing all necessary approvals and meticulously setting up site protection. Our team then skilfully managed demolition, including removing the existing kitchen island and a door leading to the prayer room, preparing these spaces for their new designs. This led into extensive civil and MEP works: we installed new walls and electrical points in the kitchen, precisely re-installed the salvaged countertop with a new backsplash, and strategically repositioned ceiling access and lighting. The living and dining room received decorative brickwork and relocated electrical points, while the kids’ bedroom and playroom got chalkboard paint and fresh colors. We also enhanced the entrance lobby with custom 3D cut-out letters, added new electrical points and vinyl to the prayer room, and applied Jotun Lady Velvet paint in the master bedroom.

Our joinery work was pivotal in redefining the villa’s interior. We supplied and installed a full-height kitchen cabinet, crafted custom benches with storage for the TV and dining areas, and built a bar unit for the TV area. Other key joinery additions included solid wood shelves at the main entrance, a two-level podium, modified vanity counters with new laminated shutters for the guest bathroom, and a flush door below the staircase. On the first floor, we added storage units above wardrobes in the kids’ bedroom and playroom, modified the master bedroom vanity counter with new laminated shutters, and installed wardrobes in the walk-in closet, complete with a mirror and drawer unit. Through meticulous planning and expert execution, we successfully delivered a significant transformation, resulting in a refreshed, highly functional, and aesthetically pleasing living space that perfectly aligned with the client’s vision.
