In this renovation project for the Dior Head Office at D3, our company undertook comprehensive civil and MEP works to completely transform the space. We achieved the new look and design by starting with the removal of existing carpet flooring, gypsum walls, and glass partitions to create a more open environment.

To give the office a fresh appearance, we supplied and installed new dark grey and light grey carpet tiles throughout the space. Walls and columns were given a new look with the application of fresh paint after necessary surface preparation and repairs. We also modernized the infrastructure by relocating existing lights and floorboxes as per the new layout. The project was accomplished with a detailed plan that included everything from the removal of old furniture to a final deep cleaning upon completion. The work also involved maintenance of the FCU units and cleaning of ducts to ensure proper system efficiency.
