Executed extensive interior refurbishment works throughout the apartment, including demolition and installation of large-format tile flooring, floor screeding, skirting replacement, decorative gypsum ceilings with recessed cove lighting and spotlights, premium interior painting, internal door refinishing, wardrobe removals, switch and socket replacements, and ceiling modifications across living areas, bedrooms, corridors, and service spaces, delivering a refined contemporary interior environment.

Completed multiple luxury bathroom renovations, including the powder room, guest bathroom, maid’s bathroom, master bathroom, and additional family bathrooms, incorporating controlled demolition, waterproofing, plumbing and drainage modifications, concealed sanitary installations, custom vanity units, concealed cistern walls, premium wall and floor tiling, gypsum ceilings, rain showers, bathtub provisions, recessed niches, sanitary fittings, and comprehensive electrical upgrades.
