In this renovation project, our company undertook a comprehensive transformation of an apartment, focusing on both aesthetic and functional upgrades. We successfully gave the apartment a new look and design by installing a new wooden floor in a herringbone pattern, new floor tiles in the corridor, kitchen, living, and dining areas, and white marble skirting throughout. The entire apartment was repainted, and new spot lights were installed as per the client’s design, creating a fresh and modern ambiance. We also gave a new look to the corridor with a new ceiling as per design drawings.

To accomplish this work, we performed a range of tasks, including the modification of the HVAC system, which involved replacing grilles and modifying ducts and plenum boxes. The AC units were also serviced to ensure optimal performance. We enhanced the living room by creating a wooden box for a projector screen and made necessary modifications for a new BOSE surround music system. The bathrooms were also upgraded with new glass shower doors, WC, basins, and other sanitary fittings. The project also included the installation of a soundproofing membrane, new door handles, and specialized network cables for the DALI system, ensuring both a beautiful and technologically advanced home for the client.
