The scope included civil and architectural works such as floor screeding, tile and floor finish installations, gypsum false ceilings, coves, bulkheads, and access panels, ensuring alignment with the approved retail design concept. The project also involved the installation and coordination of shopfront and signage elements, including structural support works, polycarbonate roller shutters, and entrance door systems. Complete MEP services were delivered, comprising electrical power distribution, DB installations, lighting systems, power outlets, data and low-voltage networks, testing and commissioning, together with HVAC systems including FCUs and air distribution. Fire and life safety compliance was achieved through the installation and integration of firefighting systems, fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, and exit signage, ensuring full operational readiness and regulatory approval.
