In this renovation project for Villa 11, our company undertook a comprehensive transformation of the property, focusing on creating a modern and new look. We began with preliminary works, including site surveys and securing necessary approvals from authorities like DM and EMAAR.

A key part of the project involved creating more open and functional living spaces. This was achieved by creating a large wall opening in the living room for new bi-folding doors and demolishing a non-structural wall to expand the area. The kitchen, master bathroom, and common bathroom were all renovated with new ceilings, lighting, and updated layouts, which included relocating MEP connections and installing new sanitary fittings and accessories.

Our company gave the villa a new look and design through several aesthetic and structural changes. We installed new ceramic tile flooring on both the ground and first floors. To refresh the interiors, all internal doors and room cabinets were spray-painted, and the main entrance door was hand-polished. The villa’s internal and external walls were repaired and painted with Jotun Fenomastic paint. The garden was also completely renovated with new leveling, tiling, and a new arch structure.
