Our company successfully undertook a significant renovation of Saheel Villa 57, delivering a completely new look and design through a comprehensive scope of work.We began by strategically altering the villa’s structure, which included the complete demolition of the existing stairs, main door, and a wall between the family and living areas. To create a more open and modern feel, we expertly removed two columns in the living area and installed new heavy-steel beam structures to ensure structural integrity.

We gave the villa a fresh design by rebuilding key areas. This included the construction of a new concrete staircase and a full extension to the maid’s room. Our team completed the aesthetic transformation by installing new water-resistant gypsum ceilings in the kitchen and the new extension, and applying fresh paint with natural Jotun colors both inside and outside the villa.

Furthermore, we achieved a new, luxurious feel in the bathrooms by performing full-scale demolition and rebuilding them with all-new electrical and plumbing lines. The new design included sophisticated features like rain shower systems, concealed flush tanks, and new fixtures, while the master bathroom was updated with a modern, freestanding bathtub.. Through this meticulous process of demolition, reconstruction, and high-quality finishing, we accomplished the project’s goal of giving the villa a new, contemporary design and functionality.
